The Beechwood Guest House is an immaculate place! For everybody who is scared of going to Guest Houses - please do not be with this one. It was my first time in a Guest House and I found it much better than 4 stars hotels. It was very clean (even for my standards), spacious & quiet. I stayed there with 2 other people and they were impressed as well. The Guest House was also great value for money.  Next time I'm in Ayr or Prestwick this is where I'll be staying.

The owners of the Beechwood  guest house have an excellent eye for detail. We were only staying for one night. We arrived late and left early in the morning but the owners were happy to cater for this. The accommodation is impeccably clean and tidy. The rooms were presented in a way I would have been happy with in a 4 star hotel.This is a truly excellent bed and breakfast establishment which is a credit to its proprietors. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed a lovely week at the Beechwood Guest House in Ayr. Shona and David were extremely friendly and very helpful giving advice on travelling tips, places to visit and sights to see in Ayr and Prestwick. A great breakfast was served every morning with a great choice of options. The room was very clean and comfortable for a family of four.The Beechwood Bed and Breakfast is just 10 mins drive away from Prestwick Airport, 5 mins walk away from the nearest train stop (a 40 min ride to Glasgow) and 5 metres away from the nearest bus-stop - and yet, was totally peaceful and quiet. Parking facilities were great.  Will Definitely visit the Beechwood Guest House again.

Stayed at the Beechwood Bed and Breakfast as a family of 4 for one night. Usually we stay at a premier inn, Ayr but that was fully booked and boy am I glad it was. The owners of the Beechwood Guest House were friendly and helpful, The rooms spacious and clean and the breakfast was of the highest quality. Needed to be up and at it in the morning and the David and Shona who own the bed and breakfast were very willing to accommodate our early departure. Would highly recommend the Beechwood Guest House to anyone visiting Ayr or Prestwick. Top drawer for value, cleanliness, friendliness backed up with a top notch breakfast.

While staying at the Beechwood guest house Ayr I had a wonderful relaxing experience. This is by far the best guest house / Bed and breakfast I have ever been to. The Beechwood guest house was very spacious, lovely decoration and had a warm homely feel to it.  They do a wide selection of foods for breakfast, I had the smoked salmon with scrambled eggs & it was beyond delicious :). The owners of the Beechwood were so friendly & really went out their way to make me feel at home with their. You can tell it is family run and has that loving family feel. I would give this a 5* ++ rating and would recommend for others to visit if in Ayr or Prestwick.

I would very much recommend this fantastic guest house in Ayr.  Being welcomed by the happy friendly staff made an excellent start to my 2 night stay. The Beechwood's contemporary decor made the ambience very relaxing. The Breakfasts menu was amazing with such choice from ranging from Smoked Salmon to the good old full Scottish breakfast. Bedrooms were very spacious with extremely comfortable beds! In conclusion, I would highly recommend the Beechwood Guest House, Ayr, for anybody looking for a great value stay in the Ayrshire region!
